All Kerrits Outlet items are fully functional, and hand-inspected by our team before being offered for resale. Each product is categorized by condition so you’ll know exactly what to expect:
- Like New: Looks and feels new, with no visible signs of wear but the tags may have been removed.
- Excellent: Gently used or washed, still in excellent condition.
- Good: Noticeable wear or imperfections, but fully functional for everyday use.

No, all items sold on the Kerrits Outlet store are sold as-is and do not qualify for the 24K Guarantee.

Yes. Kerrits charges sales tax on orders, based on the shipping address, in accordance with state and local tax laws.
We verify all transactions using Address Verification Service. All billing addresses must match the card billing address both domestic or internationally.

No, at this time, Kerrits Outlet orders only ship within the United States.
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days with economy shipping.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account and view your Order History to track your package.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
All Outlet purchases are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Kerrits Outlet offers one-of-a-kind samples, like-new pieces, and lightly used apparel at steep discounts. Because of the unique nature of these items and their reduced prices, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Each item is hand-inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. Minor imperfections may be present, which is part of the reason these items are offered at Outlet pricing.
